Ordering
All orders placed through our website are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message with your order details.

Please ensure your contact and delivery information is accurate. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.

Payment
We accept the following payment methods: bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and cash on delivery (COD) in select areas.
Orders must be paid in full before shipping unless COD is selected at checkout.

Shipping and Delivery
We deliver islandwide across Jamaica using trusted courier services such as Knutsford Express, Postal Zipmail, and others. Delivery takes approximately 2–5 business days depending on your location.

You will be notified when your order is shipped, and tracking details will be shared when available. We have a 100% delivery success rate and have never lost a customer package during shipping.

Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns for eligible items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and non-personalized.

To request a return, please contact our support team. Once the item is received, we will issue a refund or exchange within 3–7 business days.
Please note that personalized or custom-made items are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include a photo. We will replace the item or offer a refund promptly.
